Lymphatic drainage is a type of massage that aims to eliminate the accumulation of fluids and toxins. The objective of this massage is to activate the circulation of lymph and the efficiency of the lymphatic system.

The deficient functioning of this system generates fluid accumulation, which we call lymphedema. Lymphatic drainage consists of applying soft massages with the hands, which are aligned with the distribution of the lymphatic vessels.

The purpose is to direct the lymph towards the groups of lymph nodes located in the armpits, groin, neck, abdomen and thorax.
